Ms. Scherling is TENICA’s President and CEO. She has a unique combination of 33 years of military and civilian leadership roles in the Air National Guard, USAF, the NGB, and the Joint Staff (Pentagon) as well as the Transportation Security Administration (DHS). Recognized as a top CEO, Ms. Scherling is a recipient of the Brava Award.

Mr. Scherling has more than 20 years of technology expertise at senior levels serving in the Intelligence Community, DoD, and industry. Mr. Scherling served in leadership and technical roles in Booz Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics, Electronic Warfare Associates, Northwest Airlines, and the Air National Guard.

He has more than 20 years of advanced telecommunications experience from equipment design to complex data networks. Dr. Kaplow has a proven record of developing solutions for a broad range of government requirements.

Mr. Gorske is an accomplished professional with 35 years of leadership experience at the state and national level, serving in Army, Army National Guard, and Joint (multi-service) organizations. His career culminated as the Assistant to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff for National Guard Matters.
Director of IT Programs
Mr. Tenorio has over 20 years of experience in the Intelligence Community leading high visibility programs and advising senior clients on the latest technology trends and business transformations. Prior to joining TENICA, Mr. Tenorio served in several technical leadership roles for SAIC, Scitor Corporation, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Hughes Information Technology Corporation.
Director of Space Systems
Ms. Chambers has over 30 years of engineering and executive experience in advanced space technology and systems for intelligence, defense and civil missions. Ms. Chambers served in technical and business leadership roles, primarily in space communications and space remote sensing (C4ISR), at Integrity Applications (IAI), Booz Allen Hamilton (BAH), Raytheon, ITT Industries and NASA. She served on the Board of Directors for Women in Aerospace (WIA).
